Q:  I have a large lot that I am about to list that definitely has middle housing development potential - the house is a tear down for sure, it is overgrown with ivy and alders, it is about 15,000 square feet, but it has a big slope in the back. I am not sure how to incorporate that into the listing information. What should I do?

A. I am so glad you are thinking about this. A flat lot is not the same animal as a lot with a slope. Just how much slope we are talking about can affect what can be built. Let's dive in!
