House Bill 1110, also known as the Middle Housing Bill, is designed to rethink density in our neighborhoods. Where we once had a lot of lawn to mow, we might now see duplexes, triplexes, cottages, townhouses, and other middle housing types.

This reshaping of land use will challenge even the best of real estate agents!

It is important to understand how the bill is designed to be implemented at the state level, but also how it might change as it comes down to the local level to allow for even more types and sizes of middle housing in order to generate more gentle density.
